		<description>You should allways consider the total cost of switching mortgaes (redemption fees, arangement fees, Broker fees)  yes there are some great 5 year fixed rate deals at the moment but who can predict the BOE base rate over the period.  If you have a good rate at the moment &quot;overpaying&quot; will make things easier in the future when the base rate rises.</description>
